Most famous songs and curiosity about...

Almeno tu nell'universo

I composed this song in 1974. Born after listening musically of the Adagio of the Ninth Symphony of Gustav Mahler, and Bruno Lauzi listened and wrote the text in half an hour. The proposed immediately to Mia Martini but, then, not engraved. As fate would have until 1989 when Mimì, participating in the Festival of San Remo, did one of the greatest achievements of Italian music. Among the most famous versions of Elisa, Mina, Massimo Ranieri, Paolo Fresu, Thelma Houston, Brenda Cochrane.

I migliori anni della nostra vita

One day, in the early nineties, Guido Morra called me who had had a brilliant idea: to call a song with a title of a film, "The Best Years of Our Lives," won the Oscar in 1946. I was immediately enthusiastic about the idea and wrote the music on that one sentence, repeated four times. In the wake of what was created, I drive and I completed the song. In 1995 he came to Renato Zero, engraving, made it his most famous piece, and meaningful.

Acquarello

When, in September of 1982 I landed in Sao Paulo, Brazil, to meet Toquinho, I never imagined that after two hours did this song would still be included among the ten most popular songs of Brazilian music. I did hear some of my ideas and he Toquinho, choosing what would become the refrain of Watercolor, said that it had a song that could possibly accommodate and complement the music. The two fragments, together, they were perfect for each other and then, without any need for further work, we store that was our first composition written together, and the most famous.

Storie di tutti i giorni

This song was born from the ashes of an ambitious project that, in 1980, carried out with Giancarlo Lucariello, who discovered the "Pooh" and producer of Riccardo Fogli. It was created as instrumental music, a symphonic poem for fifteen minutes. Then we realized that the heart of this composition could be a beautiful song and so, with the help of Guido Morra and Riccardo Fogli of the same texts, the song was born destined to win the Festival of San Remo in 1982 and have many versions in the world.

Un'emozione per sempre

A big hit of Eros Ramazzotti. It should go out as a single album of Alex Baroni, who had a beautiful proof. Alex came to greet me in my studio in Rome the next day because he was going to London to record the final version but it did not have the time. Before departure, he was involved in the incident that took him away from all of us.
